This case has since taken on a whole new meaning for me. I am forced to fight for my good name as well as work to make sure there is no hint that I am cooperating in any way with any law enforcement officials. I have extensive experience with the tactics of litigating cases, and I have successfully represented myself in both criminal and civil actions in multiple jurisdictions, including: Indiana, Massachusetts, Nevada and New Hampshire. I also brought matters before the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals related to an Indiana case where I was named in an injunction (to prevent me from writing a book about the defendant) but not as a party to the case. I know there are fundamental problems and fatal flaws with this case at hand, and I will set about exposing these during the March 21st hearing.
